COLTELLERIE BERTI was founded in 1895 by David Berti and is now under the guidance of his great grandson, Andrea. To this day, Coltellerie Berti produces some of the highest quality knives and kitchen utensils all still made by hand. Each knife is taken from start to finish by the same artisan and the blade carries the signature of the maker, as a mark of his pride. A Berti knife is not a knife you buy for a few years or even decades but rather a knife that you buy to become a family heirloom.
